What is RCIA?

“A comprehensive and dynamic Adult Education program for all those who seek a better understanding of the catholic Faith as well as a deepening of their spiritual life.”

Who can attend?

  • Individuals seeking to convert to the Catholic faith
  • Those who might be contemplating conversion but are unsure
  • Baptized Catholics who have never received the sacraments of Holy Eucharist and/or Confirmation
  • Catholics who study of their faith ended in elementary school or high school (in particular, parents who bear the responsibility of raising children in the Catholic Faith)
  • Catholics who have difficulty or disagree with any Catholic teachings
  • Catholics who have been challenged by those of other faiths and who want to be better able to defend their Catholic faith
  • Anyone who feels they would benefit from this program!

Classes meet weekly on Sunday mornings from October to May, following the 8:45 mass, in the lower rectory at 10:00am.
Newcomers are still welcome!!

A PROGRAM IN FAITH, SPIRITUALITY AND COMMUNITY

Emmaus is a program of adult education and formation in its 18th year at St. Patrick’s parish.

All interested adults are welcome to come and learn, pray, and meet others.

This year’s theme is:     Exploring the Word: history, literature,  spirituality.
